Day-of Coordination

Starting at $1,595
​
*Introduction and interaction with all vendors involved in wedding day, to record terms of service, arrival times and address any questions, concerns or pre-event logistics (often we provide them with floor plans of the venue or set-up maps, directions, parking and loading zones, etc.)
* 30-day-out, on-site walk-through with the Bride to event map and address any potential concerns about the wedding day. During that time we also discuss elements of the day the couple does, or does not wish to include such as first look, bouquet toss, toasts, grand entrance or exit etc.
*In-depth itinerary for up to 15 hours on wedding day, approved by the Bride.
*One-Hour rehearsal on site with couple and bridal party
*Wedding-Day Coordination for up to 15 hours with all vendors for timeline creation and event mapping
*Minimum 2 Planners on site on the day
*Set-up of Venue and creation desired floor plan
*Break-down of venue
*Light cleanup (We leave the venue cleaned to the standards requested by the venue cleanup checklist, but cannot professionally clean the venue)

Partial Planning

Includes all Day-of and Partial Planning Services PLUS:
*Full Budget Analysis and guide​
*Mimosa/ Bellini and berry toast for brides and bridesmaids on the wedding day​
*If desired, a lead planner present to consult on any wedding-related activities such as tastings, fittings, or vendor consultations​
*Design and assemblage of wedding-day design from concept to creation​
*Unlimited access during business hours to a lead planner for professional advice or recommendations on all wedding-related elements
